    Hi, I tried to setup the GX remote app, but i get the error LOST CONNECTIVITY WITH PANEL. The app is establishing secure connection and then connected and after some seconds i get LOST CONNECTIVITY WITH PANEL System Galaxy dimension 520 v3.07 Ethernet Iris 4 620 last firmware 4.25.0.6755 56.03.1 access period= ANY time, 56.03.2 mode: Direct access System is pingable Remote service suite is working The user codes are working on the panel Who has a suggestion?
