Is the cylinder the part with the 2 gold plated magnets

I need help I recently moved my hkc shock sensor from window frame to another frame for decorating. But now when I try and set my alarm it keeps saying zone open some annoying . Some sites say my alignment is off. I opend it up the sensor has to gold plated cubes could they be misaligned
