    Hi, please help if you can! Our door sensor cable was accidentally cut and a new cable was installed in our Veritas Excel and now every time you go to set the alarm with your 4 digits the 7 lights up and the internal system beeps repeatedly 7 times. We have tried the walk through and tried to eliminate the zone, but being that it’s zone 7 (tamper) on the main unit, it won’t let us bypass. Also the #### and #### access level codes do not work
