  1. I have a PCS250 with a functioning SIM card. The GPRS connection works, but the SMS are not sent when an alarm occurs. I added my number in all possible formats into the system (SP6000) through Babyware, but still, I do not get an SMS. Is there any special trick or should I contact my SIM card supplier (Orange/Sabelco)?
  2. I have a K37 which regularly shows a trouble message as if it had a power problem. When making a module scan on the system (SP6000), the trouble is gone for 30-60minutes, then it reappears. I changed the battery several times, but nothing improves the problem. I even tested two K37 placed next to each other, changing the batteries between them, and regardless which batteries were in the faulty K37, it always showed the AC problem after some time, while the other worked fine. Is there any programming or other trick to solve this problem, or is it simply a faulty K37 I should replace
  3. I have a wireless keypad K37 and a wired TM70 connected to my SP6000. I have the following StayD problems with the K37: 1. In Babyware, I can add a StayD entry point zone for the TM70, but not for the K37. In the dropdown menu in the K37’s StayD settings, there are no zones listed. 2. When StayD is activated, the K37 no longer allows me to fast exit or fast arm. If I push OFF or ARM for 2 seconds, there is a beep, but the system remains in STAY. Only if I push OFF or ARM and then enter the master code, it allows me to exit. When StayD is not activated and the system is in normal STA
