    Thanks James and sixwheeledbeast for your help, I just moved the key pad cable at the keypad end and the leds lit up, and keys respond, ill replace the cable (1 MT) if I can find my way into the keypad Its been a long time since I installed it. by the way I'm in Spain. Regards

    Thanks for reply, I haven't done any services since I installed it, only opened the panel when I had to change the battery without any problems,

    I have Changed the main battery in my 9651 panel, I am now unable to exit the engineer mode (Code 99 tick twice) display showing Ver 2.2 17/12/02, pressing any key produces bleep and display does not change. help.
