  1. What system would you recommend to replace it with, when it eventually fails? Must support wireless PIR. Preferably connection to a phone over WIFI for configuration and event viewing, etc. Risco has never really impressed me.
  2. You were right. If I visit each PIR they eventually seem to clear, and the tamper status goes away. All good now. Like you say, not very user friendly. On the plus side, I've gotten over 4 years battery life out of them.
  3. Hello I had 2x low battery warnings on my Risco LightSYS 2 system with 6x wireless PIRs. They have lasted 4 years, so I changed the batteries in all sensors this afternoon. Single CR123A in each one. 4x are showing OK on the panel. However, 2x are still showing tamper, so the alarm cannot be set. They do pass the walk test though. After putting the cover back on I can clearly hear the tamper switch being set again. The panel warns about a PIR being tampered with when the cover is removed and you enter the user code to stop the panel beeping. I still have the "hammer" icon on the control panel (to indicate the tamper alarm). There is nothing in the user manual to help me clearing the tamper status for the remaining 2 sensors. Any ideas?
