  1. Thanks for help
  2. Yes it works 100% in user and installer mode . When it was installed time ticked by but very slowly
  3. I connected the keypad to control unit with a short piece of cable and it made no difference. Not sure if it's keypad or the control unit.Al-yeti in his post mentions solder iron job
  4. Yes I had already tried disconnecting the power, but have done it again. The keypad is about seven meters away from the control unit. The cable was installed by the installer and it is copper cable. The jumper isn't fitted. Also at the keypad the terminal marked ET has a wire fitted but only to one side( not linked out). Thanks
  5. I have the engineers code
  6. No out of warranty and the installer has since retired. Any other suggestions other than a new unit
  7. Hello. Yes this is exactly what's happening. The alarm is installed in a house with normal electrical supply. The alarm is working perfectly in all other ways. The time would move slowly when it was installed and has now stopped. The installer was not able to find the problem sean
  8. Hello I had scantronic I-on16 wireless alarm installed five year ago. The time and date would tick over very slowly maybe two or three hours in a 24hour period on the I-kp01 keypad. Now it has stopped ticking altogether.
