thanks guys too much i do appreciate it it all works now that i have set up the user thanks

it does have reset mangers code i pressed the option what do i do now

restart it has load defults

i know the engineer code

ok how do i change it

yes it goes in to day mode i made this vid explaining it all

when i try to set the system i key in my passcode then press the a button for full set then it says status unset then it automatically goes into engineering mode.

thanks it worked but i can't set the system in day/normal mode any information would be appreciated

hello i wonder if i could get some help as i am not getting a bell box until christmas. would anybody be able to tell me how to bypass the bell tamper so i can exit engineers mode as i can't with out the tamper closed. thanks.
