Most addressable panes will click and make noises. It's usually just the panel performing some sort of routine test. It could be the panel switching from the loop out to the loop in terminals (it will only use one side at a time even though it's a loop) to check they're still working ok. Unless it's unbearably loud, just make sure everything is working as it should be and ignore it.
