  1. Checked control unit connected siren back up and powered mains back on. And it seems to have sorted itself. Checked for faults on the keypad and no faults present. Went tho engineer tests and all ok. So not sure what the original fault was but we seem to be up and running again. Time will tell.
  2. Hi I was in the engineer utils on the keypad that was showing battery at 13.7v and 0 current. I haven't checked anything yet been working all day. So will get into it in the morning. I've a digital meter its auto range. Will check fuses first. The charger fault that the keypad was logging. I assume that's the charger for the battery.
  3. Hi looking for a bit of advice. Got a premiere 24 and Friday morning it was showing charger fault. Running late I set the alarm as normal. Got home at 5 and the sirens were going off. But the keypad was now dead. Nothing. Had mains to control unit. So had to get the ladders out and pull the cable to the siren in the bell box to silence Neighbour tells me the sirens were going all day without a break much apologising later. Not had a chance to look at it today. But will have a look Sunday. Where should I be looking for fault, or is it a replacement PCB required Friday I had a quick check in engineer mode and the battery was showing 13.7 volts but 0 current. I know my way around a multimeter. in advance. Neil
