I went into user codes then option 11 rf fob.u press *for auto learn and it says learning fob or something.instructions say you hold buttons 1 and 2 on fob for a couple of secs but it doesn't learn.how do you change protocol?

Fitted new gd48 with rf portal.programmed sensors all ok but keyfobs will not learn on.any suggestions on how to do it please?
