  1. I have a customer who would like documentation to provide his insurer, I know with my old company they used to send an as-fitted document after installation. Are there any examples of what exactly the as-fitted documents should entail? other than what was fitted. Thanks, Russell
  2. Looks like thats the one. struggling to find an installation manual. Is anyone familiar with how to disable the line fail?
  3. The picture is just one i found on google. is anyone aware of how to disable the line fault? following the accord programming doesnt work.
  4. Hi, I was recently called to a customers house for a phone line faullt, I thought perhaps they had changed their telephone provider and was a simple fix. however, when i arrived i noticed the keypad looked unfamiliar. I checked the control panel which was a Honeywell Ademco XPC which i thought strange as i have worked on those systems before but never with that keypad. I later discovered that the keypad is for the Honeywell Vista? So basically i reset the engineer code and tried to clear the line fault but have had no success. I cant seem to find a manual that ties these two together. Following the XPC manual doesnt seem to work. As far as i understand to clear the line fault on the XPC you type 7 for group 7 then 7 again for option 7 and 0 to disable the line fault but obviously that isnt the case with this bugger! Has anybody had experience with these systems and if so could explain where i am going wrong. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks. Russell
