  1. Commend is a high-end one that's often installed, but installers I've spoken to prefer 2N. There's a strange glitch on the Commend whereby if the call is passed to a mobile, the mobile user MUST end the connection by pressing #, not hanging up. If they hang up, you have to do a hard reset of the Commend server. 2N integrates more easily.
  2. Yeah, the Axis SD element is only really used for resilience in case of minor network downtime.
  3. Enterprise set-ups don't tend to use Galaxy Dimension for EACS. More usual is to use something like Lenel or NEDAP and achieve the integration in a Security Management platform in the middle. That's a bit OTT for a 90 carrier set-up though.
