is a panel with an on board key pad compliant ? I was under the impression hat the panel had to be off the entrance/exit zones ? if the kp on the panel is used as the primary method of set/unset then the zone the panel located in would have to be on the entrance path ?

hi guys, can some one point me in the direction of a ARC software that can receive via a 56k modem or similar ? or is there is a cheap hardware interface. cant seem to find anything via google etc. i have been using software that came with the texecom panels and its not bad, but i can't get it to interface with pstn. any help would be good as the project i am working on, has no option for ip or gsm. this is just a short term project so not looking to set up a dedicated full time ARC, just need to monitor some panels over the phone for a few weeks. thanks for your help .
