  1. Many thanks for this Out of interest where did you find this information ? doesn't seem to be in the Texecom manual (nor did they know!)
  2. Anyone got any experience with the 8 output communicator on the Texecom Veritas Excel panels? Specifically I'd like to use them with a notification system which needs a 'voltage free' contact pair, from metering it I think it uses 3.3v and looks for it to be pulled low (to 0v) Simple solution seems to be a relay across the communicator outputs, but since these are designed as signalling outputs I'm not sure they'd be able to provide adequate current for switching the relay. There doesn't seem to be much documentation on these outputs, beyond what each pin does and it seems it can either be +13v (high) or 0v (low) depending on whether or not the output is active.
