Hi All I am hoping you can kindly help me, In 2006 I had Honeywell Galaxy 16 and 16 plus alarm system fitted to my home, my insurance company have asked me to confirm that this alarm is to a minimum of Grade 2 EN50131.From the online information and from the manual it does, but I have been asked to get if confirmed, I wanted to ask how I can get official confirmation? I have contacted Honeywell who have advised the below:- Dear Sir Thank you for contacting Honeywell Security Group. I would suggest you speak with a local installer for advice; their details can be found in a Yellow Pages or equivalent.
