    Im not really a fan of scantronic. If I had my way I'd replace it with a texecom premier. It's the cost for the customer I'm trying to save. Why not the ion 16?

    It is going to get replaced anyway. Just curious to see if anyone has seen this before or if I'm missing a trick.

    Yeah cheap enough for a replacement with one keypad but the replacement firmware version won'the accept the 9930 keypads (3 of) already installed. The keypads are 50 quid each...

    Hello, I have a 9651 panel which has been down powered for 12 months plus. The bell box was missing.... I have replaced the bell box and powered up the system and installed a new battery. When I try to exit engineering mode the panel reports a battery missing fault every time. Fuses are all OK and battery is brand new. Also tried the battery kickstart procedure. Any thoughts appreciated Thanks Andy
