    Hi, Total newbie and novice to all this. I've recently had to do a full reset of the system to find reset the engineer code as it was lost/forgotten. I've since had a flashing bell sign on the keypad and I've tracked it to be the battery tamper. I've took a picture of the board as there is a light by the side of the terminal where the battery connects. Can anyone help as I'm unable to use my alarm
