Does anyone know how many models are affected and do re-badged dvr`s/nvr`s share the same firmware? I would like advice on the following issue. Customer had mentioned that broadband drops at random times but always came back. He has fibre and has the openreach vdsl filter plate fitted. I noticed that his A?T galaxy monitored alarm is spliced into the phone line in the loft where the line comes in, this line then continues to his master line box with vdsl plate. There are no other phone sockets fitted or in use. Could the alarm even if it has an Excelsus filter in it cause interference? Thanks
