    good afternoon we were working on a SL compact alarm system and needed a manual. Contacted Honeywell support and a guy on the phone said it wasn't in fact a Honeywell system and was in fact a hitech system?? the manuals we had for all the usually compact, sl, g3 g4 series didn't work. anyone else experienced this? or have a manual? thanks
