  1. Thanks for that. EDIT Please do not post bell silencing information in the public forum. anyone can see I think I'll just have to hack off the new neighbours for 20 mins. Thanks for the help
  2. Hi all, first post so please be gentle As the title suggests I've recently moved house and am looking to replace the faulty C&K 700L panel with a Texecom Premier 48 panel. My question is related to the bellbox. The connections on the C&K panel are as follows, -R -ve +ve -S -ST I assume the -ST is the strobe and the -S is the bell, the -R the tamper? The Texecom panel has, +12v, Bell -, Tamp, 0V, Strb- Will wiring it up the following way be ok? -R to Tamp, -ve to 0V, +ve to +12v, -S to bell, -ST to Strb. Also, what is the best way to disconnect the bell so that it won't ring all day until I fully connect up the new panel. EDIT Please do not post bell silencing information in the public forum. anyone can see Thanks in advance.
