    ok. is there any way to get the user manual and any hints on finding out what the overwite password is to gain access so i can change the code i have no idea what the code is and the previous owners never used the alarm system

    I have just moved into a new house with a Concerpt 6 alarm system. DOes anyone have the original factory code so i can reset to code to my preferred one? When i try and download the manual i get this: Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information. Any help please Thanks
