    Thanks al-yeti, Didn't know how much detail to put in the post. The painter broke the cover and pulled out the power wires, and tamper, which as you said blew the fuse. I have not powered the panel down completely so I will try that. I thought this may be a programming parameter! Will let you know.

    Painter struck a viper, which then blew a fuse on an Enforcer. Replaced the fuse however each time a user code is entered the panel says its testing before successfully arming. Is there a way to reset this? Any suggestions are welcome!
