Hi all,

I am currently trying to swap my keypads over, but the displays won't work. If I put them back where they were then the displays work....

I have a 370 led krp at the front door which I'm trying to swap with a 560 led contour at the back door.

Any help would be much appreciated

Ok as soon as I posted I realised the installer had swapped the colours of data in on each panel. So got the display working now.

The problem I have now is tamper is constantly displayed, all the microswitches are ok so not sure what the problem is.

I have noticed a resister connected to one panel and just a piece of wire on the other, could this be the cause of the tamper?


It is showing Ct which I believe is RKP tamper?
