why are all juno-net panels on coming out on zeos protocal and how do i change it to apollo

Hi, lately i have have upgraded 2 x GFE trident/ juno panels and for juno-net both have been sent out a Zeos protocol and not apollo as requested. I left another engineer on the last job and asked for this one to be apollo but sadly at 330am i found that this panel is also Zeos and not apollo as requested. I am now waiting for the office to open for tech support!!!!! 

 

Does anyone know how to change the protocol?

Should be in the panel menu, contact Global they are very helpful
