gjs123
I have just installed a Premier 48 panel with the RadioPlus Intelligent Receiver connected. I am using this with a 4 button radio key fob and it's working fine for arm, part set and disarm. I now want to use the fourth button (CTL1) to activate an output on the panel (to open a garage door). I can see in Wintex that the panel receives the CTL1 message but I can't see any way to make this turn on an output. Any ideas? Any advice appreciated. gjs123
I contacted Texecom tech support and got the answer within an hour. In case anyone else is wanting to know: PC Control 1 follows CTL1 on the key fob, likewise PC Control 2 follows CTL2 etc. So just assign an output to PC control and you're all set. Thanks for that mate, i used to have a ts900 at home with a single channel radio Pa setup to set and unset the alarm via a 2 channel receiver having to latch the second channel and use custom outputs. How times have changed. This is the sort of fun stuff i like, trying to work away around an issue. But these days the panels can do most things so easily. But i will use this, this week.
