Guest b_denbesten Posted March 4, 2004 Share Posted March 4, 2004 I have a NX-4 alarm system with a LED code pad, My wife and children have a tendancey to enter our home and forget to disarm the alarm, which of course after the entry delay sets an alarm condition. The alarm user manual states that the code pad will sound a continuous tone during the entry delay, my code pad does NOT. Could someone tell me what configuration option I should use to enable this option, as I am unable to find it in the Install/configuration manual. any help would be appreciated. Guest Peter James Posted March 4, 2004 Share Posted March 4, 2004 Are they using the correct entry route? is there a door contact on the entry door ? if you answer yes to both of the above q's then I would guess the contact is not working.
