Hi All Happy new year would like to install 1xuniview poe switch outside in a waterproof box just so i dont need to have 12 +cables coming inside house as restricted access are there ways round to stop poe switch not working correctly due to uk weather heat or cold temps,i know box is waterproof would like any sugestions if anyone has succesfully done this or is it you have to use a proper external poe switch any info would be appreciative
