Hello all
its been along time since i was last here and had to create a new account.
a friend of mine has just moved house and its already has a Menvier M2000 installed but has issues where nodes keep dropping off, I've not worked on these for some years and my old laptop which had the downloader software died some years ago and I've not done anything with thee panels for some time as i use Texecom / Honeywell.
Anyway I'm wanting to see what's happening with the M2000 and get a copy of the config before we start to look at the issues and possible upgrading the system.
is anyone able to help of point me in the right directing to obtain a copy of Downloader please?
