[Texecom Connect]

Some help please, I was trying to personalise the user access on my recently installed Texecom Connect App, not sure what I have done but all I get now when I try to  log in is the message "access to the system is currently disabled". I have now effectively locked out all three users

 

I have deleted the house and reloaded it but still get the same message

 

Any advise how to resolve "access to the system is currently disabled"
