  1. You can find the engineer code within 2 minutes but clearly whoever installed the alarm has changed that default code anyway this site has given me no useful answers so I'll be withdrawing from it very disappointing
  2. Ok it's asking for the engineer code which according to manual should be #### but for some reason that's not working .... so looks like I'll have to get alarm specialist out to take a look ....... shame I thought someone on this site could give me a solution.......
  3. I don't know original installer ... there must be some way of putting in a new engineer code ..... thats all it seems to need ..... anyone know how ??
  4. Hi yes your correct... fuse blown now it wants the engineer code which I thought was #### enter but that's not working .. so panel working but need the eng code again any ideas and thanks for reply hiw much is a service ??
  5. hi , i have just cut a wire to a PIR on my alarm system........actually just knicked one of the coloured wires within cable...... the internal siren sounded and it seems all power to other PIR's and main panel has been lost ....cable wires are all connected now. any ideas .... thanks
