I've tried the keylock and just enter combo, and every other normal factory default combo i.e. **** I've also spoken to LJD and they asked me to try a combination of buttons which has not worked either. Anyone have any ideas? Dont you normaly just press enter when it asks for password. Dont type any number. Ard Disk Posted March 14, 2006 Share Posted March 14, 2006 Sounds like an Ard Disk failure. Guest CCTV_SUPPORT Posted March 17, 2006 Share Posted March 17, 2006 The JPEG2000 DVRs I have seen to get out of Keylock, you do the following: Hold down the Lock button for a few seconds, it will tehn ask for passwords, THe default password is usually blank, so just hit enter.
