bellman Posted September 2, 2005 Share Posted September 2, 2005 Yes it would, the disconnection of mains is for safety reasons. the battery will still keep the alarm running ok. thats why i mentioned it in my first post to stop if the alarm sounded when mains was removed and change the battery....
