Don't trust any type of folding or telescopic ladders myself, seen too many incidents.

I would not dare issue one to an employee,

The odd time I used a telescopic ladder I'm shaking like a shitting dog.... & I've use the #palletofdoom

Little giants? Very safe , safer than most standard ladders

Telescopic don't last long , bounce at full height , folding is better

Cheap @ 250 if the alternative is lying on your back on the floor.

true, that's looking at it positively

however I can see then being sent out on job & being left or broken somewhere, there also about £70 dearer than a set of triples....

I've got some 5m telescopic and they're "ok".

Yes they are flexible at full extension, but they're convenient... especially for those jobs where getting ladders to the rear of a property is awkward.

Oh, and they were only £70 of ebay!

Trade ones?

I have a broken set , they are no good for to much use outdoor , odd occasional job , I think mine cost about £140 ten years ago , it did its job for the job I needed it for, and  that job paid for them anyway  i uesed it handful of times

They haven't changed much , if I need another I will price it in on the job I need it for and have it new each time lol
