Galaxy Flex TCC800M Panic Alarm - How to set off siren?

Recommended Posts

Hi,

So I've successfully paired this keyfob so that I can set and unset the alarm, however the panic alarm just sends an SOS to the ARC and I want it to sound the siren.

I cannot find anything in the docs on how to do this, so if someone could advise it would be very much appreciated.

thanks in advance

To enable the panic function on an existing keyfob:

Note: Enable [51.60.2] before selecting this option.

1. Select 2=Fob PA, and then press ent.

2. Select 1=Enabled.

Oh ok

Dont know the flex that well.

If its not programmable (others will know more) you could link a circuit to an output (circuit programmed as PA, output programmed to follow the RF keyfob)

Does the galaxy have a silent pa setting?

Hi James, thanks for the reply but as I say the panic function works just fine, it's just silent.

You need to program a link from the silent PA output to the bell output. This will not work on a trigger output, it needs to be a proper output.
