Does anyone know where the NVM chip on this 9600 is

I cant find the NVM chip on this panel.

Was it an nvm on the 9600??

IIRC

 

9600 had 2 removable nvn's, pic is a 9610

One of the 8pin chips above the main IC (probally next to the reset pins), Scantronic sometimes used 93C46 or 24clXX eeproms

Didn't realise it wasn't socketed on later versions, that must have saved them 10p per panel :)


So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands
