I always found it weird that the 9800 was the LED older panel and the 9600 was the lcd newer panel but the 9100 was the oldest panel.

Isn't scantronics still weird?

I wonder if the whole affordability of LCDs caught them a little by surprise but someone in marketing didn't like the sound of 9900!

I had what I think was a prototype Mosaic RKP once (in a 9610 type keypad enclosure) which I think had the part number 91000 or something, it looked odd and obviously got totally changed for the main production.

So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands

I see a sticker off a redcare on it....

9600 /9610 When part set, sometimes some one moving in zone that was omitted could trigger the alarm when in entry.

They also kept making the e/e tone from the rkp, when you'd turned it off & you'd have to walk test to make it stop...

The 1060,1062, 1064 ? sensor in the pic also caused problems something on the pcb acting like an Ariel ?, we replaced a lot with 1080 twintec the product was something to do with arrowhead ?

At the same time we was fitting 9452's / 9453's which didn't work proper with a keypad & needed a capacitor adding to make them stable ?

I think we then went to 700l's & Apollo solo's & had less issues ?

Did that continue even with the 9610? Even the hardware on the later version seems quite different.
