I have an infinite alarm which I armed on the remote keypad when I left but when I returned I could not disarm it by either the wireless remote pad or the main keypad, entry set the alarm off. even trying on the main pad the keyboard was lagging in delay, about 10 seconds with each press and the display losses all text for a period. I have checked the mains supply and the internal battery and both metered out ok. I cannot get into any menu. Hi Peter, I will try this after work, disconnect battery and mains power. wait a couple of minutes before connecting the mains ?
