Need to know where to get a replacement logic 4 panel

Recommended Posts

My grandma has a logic 4 panel that has failed last week. I was going to replace it with a ADE Optima but she wanted another logic 4 panel.  Do anyone know where I can find a replacement panel?

eBay may have new old stock,

But it will be 20+ years old..

You could fit an Ion 30 and fit remote key Sw ( prog a zone to be a key switch)

Either install a keyswitch to a modern compatible panel, use a panel with prox tags or fit something with an arm/disarm keyfob.

if you really must keep a logic 4 it most likely can be repaired or old stock on the bay.

A small system with prox tags would be ideal, older customers seem to like the ease of use.

Hi Logan: As Mr H said, Yes. I like the Euro mini never had any trouble with them, have one fitted in my workshop.

I can understand. Usually if it does not work i just bin it.  But if it might have a hope of fixing and its worth saving i will save it.  Just like this logic 4 panel it just needed a new transformer

Well done Jordan. The Logic 4 was a simple panel but has proved pretty reliable, a friend of mine still has one installed in his garage that I installed about 18 years ago. It's still in daily use and apart from replacing the battery every few years, has never failed to work. (Probably just jinxed myself now).

Not sure but I think it was for the DIY end of the market, from about the early to mid 1970's.

It was part of the old logic 4 system.   Also today i was at another relatives house reprogramming a scantronic 9100 for the seccond time as the first time i accidentally did 98 enter instead of 99 enter
