Ray phillips
What are the deciding factors in your go to system. Do you use a few brands or just stick to the one.
PeterJames
There is a problem with using lots of different brands, engineers have to know how to program lots of panels.
james.wilson
No one can know all about all brands, I'd say a company can train and support a few well, all less so. Specialise in a few, train and know the products well. Much like cars you wouldn't take your merc to Hyundai garage Quote securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount. I spent a nice afternoon in Merc a few months back only 2 Lattes. I managed to plug my laptop in and get more work done than I normally would at the office, their setup is far better than Jags I do miss my Jag though
norman
I was only climbing the ceiling because it took them 3hrs to do a 30 minute job. I booked a waiting appointment for the fuel cap solenoid to be changed (20 min job as I'd already removed the inner side panel for them) told it would take 30 mins and I could wait. 3 hours it took them, worse places to sit and wait I guess but I won't be funding the fancy showroom and free cafe menu for anything outside of the warranty. My last one was similar, JW said you should always ask for a courtesy car because they will fix your car much quicker. It took them 2 days to find a blown fuse, while I drove around in a poxy A Class, there are only so many handbrake turns you can do in Asdas carpark before it gets boring. Thats the last time I listen to JW

Thats the last time I listen to JW I had a loaner q5 when they "diagnosed" it, even though the Mrs diagnosed it within 30 seconds of me telling her. I had a 5 week wait for the courtesy car so even though I wasn't in a rush to fix it I just couldn't be arsed. Very nice 'experience' better than the BMW garage and much nicer totty, looking round in the 3 hours I was there, there wasn't a bird working there I wouldn't smash.
