Maglock on wrong side of door

The mag locks on an internal door of a commercial office building aren’t going to be there to prevent intruders, that will be the job of the external locks and intruder alarm systems. 

These internal locks aren’t going to be a non compliance, but I would agree that you inform the building owner of the risk from such a design and offer them a more secure solution.

Non compliant for what ? Access control?

What about changing the fixings for the mag locks.to the frames to security screw type fixings with none standard heads or needing.the proper tool.for.the screw or.bolt removal
