As Mr Willis

Just bashing , Have you entered details into the digi section to call arc? Some of those settings are not for speech / sms dialling if that makes sense

Hi looked at the menu option and there is no options to program arc enable or disable ?

I have been through all the menu options and instructions and cannot find anything in relation to disable the arc ?

So what page of the manual did you read if you can't find it through the menus , i don't use this panel , but it wasn't hard to find in manual

Look at manual and follow menus

All Sorted

It turns out that the Enforcer models are different between the normal model and the app version hence the different manual options mentioned and why I could not find an arc disable option

It turns out that I had entered our phone numbers in the SMS menu thinking this was part of the set up, once removed it worked perfect ! as it has the app function no numbers are required in the SMS setup which also seems to set up the arc

Thanks to Mr Willis who called me today to offer his help

Really nice to have the offer of help without the pound signs
