mattetom
Hi, I'm going to install my new Risco VUPoint outdoor IP camera, and I'd like to connect it to my Risco Agility 3 alarm system and the Cloud. I have attached my camera to my router and I see images via my browser correctly. Unfortunately I can't connect it to the cloud. Following manuals I found that I have to go to riscocloud.com/ELAS/WAAPP in order to setup my camera with my agility 3 and the cloud. When I try to login with the credentials that I usually use in https://riscocloud.com/ELAS/WebUI the page remain in the login form without access. Can someone help me to configure my camera with risco cloud? Thanks
datadiffusion
Has @cybergibbons ever had a poke around there, link to the first site looks very primitive (not that that's a sign of security, of course) Sorry can't help you OP but I'm sure someone who fits / hacks Risco will be along soon... PeterJames
Have you opened the ports on your router?
PeterJames
Actually I just re read your post are you an installer?
mattetom
I don't think it is a problem of router port as I'm not able to login. No I'm not an installer, I have bought Risco components online and I'm going to install by myself. Thanks.
PeterJames
I dont think you be able to, you need an installer account to set it up on the cloud its not a DIY product as far as I am aware
mattetom
In order to be an installer I have to pay a fee?
datadiffusion
Make a cheque payable for £100 to @al-yeti and he'll see what he can do... But seriously, no idea. A bit of a stumbling block if you were sold your kit on ebay etc... PJ will know, I imagine.
