As I said earlier, I can get a refund but not for the postage, and postage for me would cost about £22 stg. Paypal adjudicated in my favour but they couldn't force the seller to pay the postage. I am very tempted to send them back a package of feathers, via registered post. Paypal would see that the package was delivered and would give me the refund. I have even had someone 'return' something using the entered royal mail code 'Fukoffebay'. They of course got a full instant refund, although I did eventually get it reversed after a LOT of shouting...
