Planning Permission For Leads

Recommended Posts

Hi All,

Was just wondering if anyone knew the legalities relating to sending post to someone who is having work done that I know because of looking at the local planning permission on councils website.

My old boss used to send very brief casual letters to people having work done. I just wanted to know whether this is allowed or would it be classed as illegal? Just looking for new ways to generate business.

cheers

As above, lots of builders do it as the applicants info is made public.
