Premier 24 Expander

Hi guys.

Just added a standalone expander board ( 8exp I think) to a system we fitted a few years ago.

Existing system already has a plug on expander fitted.

Fitted new expander, confirmed devices, both boards showing up correctly as 1 and 2.

Programed new zones, wiring programmed as Normaly closed all appeared good.

In walk test and when alarm set all new zones showing as closed and not activating when zone is walked?

I am missing something but not sure what.

Thanks all

How have you wired them as Normally closed? Needs to be across the 2 outer terminals of the 4. If wired double pole it needs to be set to double pole/eol

The opinions I express are mine and are usually correct!

(Except when I'm wrong)(which I'm not)

All wired as nc as is the rest of the system.

Door contacts and pir. I even tried the cables separated at the contacts, still showing as closed on the system status?

Thanks
