Is there any way of retrieving this info from the system, i have engineering accesss. Also, is there such a thing as an engineers manual ? aissecur Posted September 10, 2014 Share Posted September 10, 2014 Hi, as a last resort, (and If the keypad on the system is LCD which I’m sure it will be) if you power the alarm down mains, then battery .. then power it back up it will display the panel type then the software version on the keypad for a brief few seconds.
