I think the alarm is an 840, but the installer failed to write it down and are very unhelpful...

Is there any way of retrieving this info from the system, i have engineering accesss.

Also, is there such a thing as an engineers manual ?

I have the installer guide and user manual, but neither have the procedure to create a part set...

Thanks

Hi, as a last resort, (and If the keypad on the system is LCD which I’m sure it will be)  if you power the alarm down mains, then battery .. then power it back up it will display the panel type then the software version on the keypad for a brief few seconds.

If you do attempt this, please ensure you have the relevant electrical competences before removing the control panel cover.
