james.wilson
ive set em up on hh3 before so id say its setup on the hh. ive done both static and port forwarding on the wan address. i doubt its anything to do with the powerline stuff. for easy testing id chnage the web port to say 82 and test that with a standard browser Quote securitywarehouse Security Supplies from Security Warehouse Trade Members please contact us for your TSI vetted trade discount. datadiffusion
ive set em up on hh3 before so id say its setup on the hh.  Me too, agreed. But have checked, and double checked again and its as per L Willis and other times I've done it before.  ive done both static and port forwarding on the wan address.  OK  i doubt its anything to do with the powerline stuff.  Only thinking it as TP link unmanged switches were the culprit with a certain DNLA problem recently, before i read about it I wouldn't have believed it either.  for easy testing id chnage the web port to say 82 and test that with a standard browser  Yes, I will when I go back, its just so odd... Lwillis
BT hubs were a pain the first few times to be fair. I've noticed the virgin superhubs won't take a dyndns account, hopefully the DVRS should keep it online,
sixwheeledbeast
I've noticed the virgin superhubs won't take a dyndns accountStripped out Netgear firmware IIRC lots of features missing. I recommend setting the VSH to "modem mode" and getting your own router.

Its heavily skinned. Only come across 2 so far, setup the ports and using the DVR for dyndns. Talk talk are using dlink units. Looks like a tiny homehub. 9651
A type unit?? If so there are issues. B type will work first time. Must be in in dhcp table on router, even though it should be reserved. Edited April 25, 2014 by 9651
