arfur mo
back them most were built in house, metal work designed in house but made at a preferred fabricator then built up by the workshop, who also repaired kit., including panels and lock blocks (early rkp to you ) and even 999 transmitters. the take up of more serious electronics as in microprocessors along with the change of attitude to replace not repair, made it more viable for production line ready made kit to be used. If you think education is difficult, try being stupid!!!!

datadiffusion
I see even CIA have moved over to some vac-formed, flange fixed placcy job (albeit very custom). Or is that just for the £699 jobs? So, I've decided to take my work back underground.... to stop it falling into the wrong hands
