Judging from what i can gather you need

Terms

1= 0v

2= 12v

3= 0v

4= bell trig

5+6 you know what to do with that!

7= 0v

8= tmp return

9= 12v

10= strobe

You can put 0v in term 3 and link terms 3 and 1 and 7 together in bell box

Also put 12v pos in term 2 and link 2 and 9 together

Then your bell trig goes in term 4

Your tmpr return in 8

Strobe trig in 10

Ive never even seen one so im not sure but if thats the case then hes applying a neg currently so the trig isnt there.

He says it powers up ringing i reckon he has 12v in term 1 instead of 0v

If the trig is + i take it hel have to use a relay?

Not installed a prem or is there prog +12v output?

I'll have a proper look in the morning but found this online .

Fairly straight forward;

fault (not used)

fault (not used)

tamp (0v)

tamp (tamp back to panel) - Tamper return

0v (ov) - Neg hold

12+ (12v) - + hold

eng (not used)

rtest (not used)

str (- strobe trigger) - self explanatory

hoff (- Bell trigger) - bell neg

bt- (Battery -) Batt

bt+ (Battery +) - Batt

PZ1 not sure about these as someone has taken them off - PZ will stand for Piezo

PZ2 - ditto.
